skate camp

From July 20-26th, we took over the Okanagan, skating everywhere from Kamloops to Penticton. So much can be said about the fun that was had, but more importantly, it was incredible seeing the depth of what God was doing in the lives of not only the youth, but the leaders as well. Trivia night

It was such a fun night of eating good snacks, hanging out with friends, and battling to win the trivia. Thank you to everyone who opened their homes up and captained a team. This was truly memorable as we significantly surpassed our target fundraising amount to bring in a total $120,00! The impact of this money will be seen all across Canada as we look to launch 5 new clubs and send as many kids to camp as we can.

manitoba and Victoria gran fondo

On September 21st, staff in Manitoba and Victoria took part in on an exciting bike riding fundraiser where participants could ride either 30, 60, 90, or 120kms. It was Manitoba’s first time ever hosting the event and it went extremely well raising over $10,000. The money raised at both locations went towards helping launch and run skate clubs in the area and towards sending kids to camp.

July 21-27 Skatelife had crews from all over Western Canada meet together in the Okanagan for a week of skateboarding and completing in team challenges. So many memories were made and it was one of our best camps to date.
